Trojan Grill

The Trojan Grill is a great place to eat. They've got everything from chicken sandwiches to strip steak, so there's something for whoever you're bringing along.

They don't have a dedicated gluten-free menu, but plenty of gluten-free options are available. You can even get a chicken sandwich on a gluten-free bun, which is a nice touch.

On Friday and Saturday nights, they bring in live entertainment — local musicians who are actually good. Sometimes they'll run a bingo night too, which keeps things interesting. TVs are up all over the place showing football and baseball games, so it's a solid spot to catch a game.

One of the things that sets this place apart is that they proudly serve Virginia-raised 7 Hills Beef. Knowing where the food comes from matters, and they take that seriously.

They have both indoor and outdoor tables. The outdoor seating is a great way to enjoy some fresh New Kent air while you eat — especially on a nice evening.
